Very nice and helpful FBO. Ryan the manager will go out of his way to make sure you enjoy your experience there. I would recommend this FBO to anyone.
A cut above. Fantastic service, promptly parked and fueled. FBO provided free use of crew car and great discount at local hotel. Fuel is very reasonable. This FBO has it all. Extremely well run.
First time at Indy Jet and looking forward to future trips. I was amazed at the friendliness, professionalism, and competency of all the staff. They also have a great web site and I especially liked the Concierge link. Thanks to everyone there for a job well done.
We just completed a vacation trip from Sanford, ME to the Colorado Rockies with numerous stops enroute. The best service we received on the trip was from Indy Jet. In fact, the service was among the best I’ve received at over 560 airports I’ve landed at around the country. The line staff and CSRs are exceptionally professional, helpful and friendly. The CSRs provided us with great negotiated rates at several local hotels and handled all rental car arrangements perfectly. A large hangar was available in the event of inclement weather for only $30/night for a piston single. This is an exceptional airport for an overnight stay or for visiting Indianapolis.
